Pickup Window & Extended Boarding Policy

Puppies must be picked up on their scheduled go-home date. We allow a grace period of up to 7 Days after that date for families who need additional time. If a puppy remains past the grace period (for a maximum of 7 additional days), a boarding fee of $25 per day will be applied. This fee covers daily care, feeding, training maintenance, and continued socialization.
